Test: Aromas of Vanilla yoghurt, honeydew melon, biscotti, very sweet white wine, and chalky/minerals notes. The palate has Crème bruilee, creamy caramel, chocolate bar, gooseberry, apples, and apricot. The finish brings Pencil shavings, wood spice, and cedar.
