El Jimador Anejo is a Tequila that's never rushed. This el Jimador Tequila is made with 100% blue Weber agave and is double distilled. It's then aged for 12 months in our own charred American white oak barrels. Experience the vanilla, hazelnut and cinnamon aromas with a slightly earthy flavor that features pepper notes and other spices in each el Jimador tequila bottle. The finish is very soft with oak and cherry nuances and sophisticated notes.
